Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs (if applicable). Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. Costs of the package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@loodsno2.de. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of receipt of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Returns

Have you ordered something, but it does not fit or is not as you expected? That's okay and of course it can happen and we don't mind that at all.

You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

You will then be credited with the full amount of the returned item. Only the shipping costs for returning your address to us are at your own expense and will not be reimbursed by us.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories, labels and in the original condition and packaging. Please pack it neatly as you received it. Do not 'crumple or put' in a bag or box, otherwise we may NOT accept the items back.

How do you send your return correctly?

Step 1

Pack the products in the original packaging if possible. Fold the clothing very neatly as you received it. Don't just throw it in the box or bag.

Step 2

Complete the returns form

completely and place it with your packaging. If you do not have a printer, you can also copy the form so that we have all your information.

Returns without this form will not be processed!

Step 3

To exercise this right, first send an email with the items you want to return to i nfo@sandahlia.nl, this concerns the registration, once you have sent the email you can send your return.

Send your package back with Track & Trace code (insured) so we can be sure it will arrive safely

Return conditions

Only undamaged and obviously unworn jewelry and clothing and unused home accessories may be returned. If reasonably possible, add it in the original packaging (air cushion, bubble wrap, paper and box) and provide sufficient postage , including a completed return form. Returns that do not comply with this, that are damaged, contaminated or altered may be refused.

The return conditions at a glance:

• Return costs are for your own account and any risks associated with shipping are therefore the customer's responsibility
• Returns where no completed return slip with name and order number are noted will be kept for up to 1 month after the date of receipt of the package. After this time period, the return will be processed in our own administration and no further claims can be made
• In the event of an exchange, the return costs are also at your own expense, just like sending your new item
• You send an email registering your return to info@sandahlia.nl

If your return does not meet the above conditions, we can refuse your return.

Refund

We will refund the invoice amount to you within 14 days after receipt of the goods. Both the costs and the risk of shipping (for example if a shipment is lost) are for your own account in the event of a return. If you want to be sure that the package arrives to us, we advise you to return the package to us insured and with track & trace.
